Welcome to the new space.
While I still love my other home, Above the Ashes, I feel the need to start new. Above the Ashes was the place I learned to express myself and pen my deepest thoughts.
As I’d mentioned in the post, Stand By Me, I’m starting on a new writing adventure, and I felt I couldn’t do that on an old blog. I will still visit Above the Ashes as it is still my home for deep spiritual and emotional thoughts, however, I didn’t feel it was the right space to chronicle my current writing journey.
I’m currently working on a novel, and it has been the most aggravating, frustrating, and magnificent journey already. I’d like this to be the home of those thoughts–however short or infrequent–and any others that come to mind. My writing process is a messy one, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
